Notes from Lucy;

I’m a degree qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Pilates instructor, and a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).

I was drawn to Naturopathy due to the ability to look at the body through a holistic lens. The body is a complex network of systems that all work together— not simply a cluster of isolated symptoms to be treated separately.

It was during my own mental health challenges where I found the profound impact of diet and lifestyle changes. I am constantly reminded that health is not just what you put in your body, but also your surrounding environment, how you feel and how you move on the daily.

Often clients come and see me when they have exhausted most other avenues. You might feel like you have lost your Mojo, or you are sick of being dismissed because your blood work is “normal”. I specialise in the management of hormonal and digestive issues, such as PMS, PMDD, PCOS, and perimenopause & menopause, IBS, leaky gut & fatigue. I also love all things mental health, nervous system support & supporting and preventing postpartum depression.

I use food as medicine is at the centre of my treatment focus, and utilise current research and traditional knowledge, pathology and functional testing to provide an individualised treatment plan. Food and lifestyle guidance, individualised herbal medicine, and nutritional compounds may be used to help encourage your body’s innate ability to heal and thrive.

I can’t wait to work with you!

Big love,

Lucy xx
